Diagnosis Help - Unsure what is going on!

Thanks in advance for the help here, I wouldn't usually come online but I anticipate the doctors will be somewhat delayed, and I wouldn't want to use up resources unnecessarily at this time given what's going on!

So the symptoms:

  • I have a sort of rash on the shaft of my penis, on the underside, on the skin (uncircumcised). It's not itchy, and they're not spot-like, they're like tiny bumps of dark red/brown, and it is fairly sore.
  • I also have a 'lump' in my lymph nodes near the groin. It's on one side, and I while I describe it as a 'lump', I feels more like an inflammation of that area, and it feels bruise-like if I press it.
  • Finally, and probably unrelated, I seem to feel like I have a blocked throat quite a lot of the time lately, particularly when lying down. It feels like something pressing on one side, and I assume it's all phlegm.

Now the weird thing, is that I had all of these symptoms a few weeks ago, lasting for a week. They disappeared for two weeks, and now they're back, all together.

I assume it's some sort of infection. Does this sound like a STI of some sort or something else? If so, the only person I've had sex with in ~18 months is my girlfriend. Have I likely put her in trouble as well as myself? Does this mean she's likely been unfaithful? The closest description I've found online is that this might be genital warts but the pictures don't look alike and the symptoms do differ somewhat.

Thanks so much in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated and would put my mind at ease!
