Diagnosis of Crohns to PCOS?

Hello all,

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease back in February of this year. I had internal bleeding, bloody stool, abdominal pain, diarrhea/constipation, etc. this was all confirmed by a colonoscopy. Well I was put on numerous medications that didn't seem to work. My doctor then decided to order an MRI to get a view of my GI tract. I just got the results back today and the doctor said that there was "No Crohns noted, but multiple ovarian cysts and enlarged ovaries" he didn't go into detail (as this is not his specialty) but he did mention that this looks indicative of PCOS.  I have an appt with my OBGYN this week to dive further into this info. But I was wondering if anyone has any similar circumstances? Anything helps! Thank you in advance!

I had significant abdominal issues as a result of cysts pressing on other organs and similar symptoms to you. Mostly when the cysts were large and persistent.
