Just remember yaseen, not everyone empties their bowels everyday, I used to have a friend where it was every 3 days. Hell, I've not had a poo today at all and I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks in between but I'm not worried.

Your body needs to get back into it's natural rhythm after being messed up so much by diarrhea. Give it another day, if nothing then id suggest Senakot to release your bowels in a more gentle way.

If you're that worried go see your GP.
