Hi. I had an R Hemi in 2014, and had no world of complications. Ended up with a Fistula and they had to leave the wound open to heal as fecal matter was coming out of it. it took MONTHS.And I had to have a Stoma bag for a long long time which was soul destroying. It all was a complete nightmare. And I wish I could say 4 years later all is fine.

I now have a bowel movement after every single meal and often in between. Almost every single time I go to the loo. Its always borderline diarhhea. Its never "normal". And its been like this for years.

I also stand after weeing, and have to sit back down as I fell the need to go again, but nothing or very little comes....just a constant feeling of not being done..

Wish I had better experiences to share.
