hello, everyone. for about three weeks now i have been having watery stool, my stomach occasionally rumbles and i can feel a lot of air inside. I feel abdominal aches occasionally, in the middle of my tummy just below the ribs. also have acid reflux and taking PPIs for it now. but my diarrhea still haven't cleared. is it celiac intolerance? lactose intolerance? IBS? or IBD? when i talked to my doctor she said it's lactose intolerance but I haven't eaten any dairy or food that contains lactose yet i still have the watery poo. someone please answer me 😭 this is really making me worried and the more i worry, the more my stomach rumbles.

hi rain, oh you poor sod that sounds nasty! what happened before this started? were you well then? did you change your diet at all? you need to know all the facts and not just some before you start chopping bits out of your diet. the more you mess with your diet the worse you"ll feel! try BLAND, non-spicy simple, easy to digest foods for a week and write down if this upsets your bowel, once you've done this talk to your doctor about seeing a specialist, for now ring your doctor's, explain you've been like this for 3 weeks and that you'd like an appointment to speak to someone as soon as possible! have you tried anything to bung you up? you could speak to your chemist and see what they suggest? good luck, hope you get it sorted!
