Diarrhoea and blood in every stool for last 24hours, been to the toilet 15 times

Hi i was wondering if anyone has had something similar. It's the first time I've experienced this kind of thing.

Last night at 1am i woke up with stomach pains and i knew i needed to get to the toilet immediately. The problem was my bowel felt like it wasn't working to push the bm out (i do have autonomic dysfunction so maybe this is why). I started to feel very weak, nauseous, clammy and felt like i was going to pass out. I wasn't straining because i knew this would make this worse so i waited for the bm to pass.

When the bm passed it was diarrhoea. I went backwards and forwards from the toilet until 3am. I didn't look at the stool as it was dark but after todsy i wish I'd hsve gotten a look because when i woke up in the morning I had blood when i wiped and this has gone on all day.

I have lower abdominal pain - like s burning kind of feeling. I feel the urge to go to the loo but its usually just a small bm of bloody diarrhoea. When i wipe its pink and mucusy.

The blood isn't the same as when you have hemorrhoids, its not bright red spots or streaks it's more like what you see when you wipe during a period - that kind of consistency but lighter in colour.

Anyone had this happen? 111 advised i should go to a&e tonight but I'm going to go in the morning if the blood is still there. Do you know what tests they will do?
