Anyone else taking this?  I find it helps so much but am afraid of becoming dependent on it, I try to take as little as possible but as I am going through AD withdrawal my anxiety is very high at the moment, anyone else take it daily?

Hi I've been taking it 2 weeks to help with sertraline side effects but hasn't helped at all so to me it doesn't seem to be coming addictive

I have Lorazepam (same thing) I have not taken any in a while but I do have them if I need them. I have been trying to change my thinking and deep breathing instead. For me it seems to work but not for everyone!

Sorry to ask again, but what doses do you take?  maybe the dosage is too low?

The max dose they would give was 5mg Valium 3 x day 15 mg oxazipam 3 x day and 1 mg lorazapam 2x day

I wonder if you would mind me asking, if you had taken 3 x 5mg valium, would you drink ANY alcohol at all with these?

Hi I took 5mg Valium then went to 1mg larazapam and then 15 mg oxaepam none of them made me sleepy the only alcohol I did drink while on them was Guinness and it didn't effect me at all.Last 3 nights I've had zoplicone which is a sleeping tablet and I had a rum and Coke last night and I slept maybe half an hour longer this morning but that's my experience but j would never drink too much just in case x
