Did I get genital herpes (pictures)?? Please help I can’t go to my gyno because I’m on vacation :(

I have been having unprotected sex with my new boyfriend of 2 months but nothing unusual happened. On Thursday i wore panties that were laced and very sintetic and i got a rash (I'm assuming) on the left side right between my labia majoria and my leg. It stinged a little and it was red but I didn't give it much thought. On Friday I shaved the area and wore a tight fitting body that was also scratching and felt very uncomfortable on that area. I also washed my private part with regular soap (I never do that because it caused irritation before), because I didn't have anything else at my boyfriends house and that caused immediate burning in that area. When I woke up on Saturday i noticed pimples/blisters in that exact spot. They weren't itchy but I could feel them when I was taking a shower and when I put on panties.

I freaked out because I was leaving for a one week vacation that day. I also noticed a very strong milky white discharge that could be a yeast infection.

But by monday it looked like this:

And today on Wednesday it looks like this:

The rash is almost completely gone so do you guys think this is herpes (never had it before) or something else like a yeast infection. I have prepared myself for herpes but it is weird for herpes to clear up in 3-4 days, especially for a first outbreak + I didn't experience any other symptoms.

Thank you for your help, much appreciated 😃

looks like irritation from soap or shaving. Since it cleared up you cant get a swab so i would wait 12 weeks to get an igg blood test for herpes.
