Did I mess it all up?

i'm 19 and have PCOS. My doctor put me on provera 10mg for an induced period which i got. Since i'm still young and in the university im not ready for kids so he put me on the combined pill (microgynon 30). I'm overweight so to cope with my eating habits i started taking duromine 30 (appetite suppressant) for a week and now my period is 4 days late. This used to happen when i take duromine( before i was diagnosed). Is there a need for me to panic? Mind you, after i was put on the combined contraceptive my period has been regular.
