Did well over Xmas!

Yes I was doing well over Xmas. Minimal symptoms. It's was like being let out of jail. Went walking round St Andrews, no bother. Nothing. No discomfort sitting like I've got now. Lasted till the Saturday night in bed but was gone again next morning when I got up. Just come back again this afternoon! :-( And I have definitely eaten a lot more sweet stuff since we got home on Sunday pm. I am wondering if there is a link between the sugary stuff and the symptoms or if its just co-incidence that I am sore again after eating cakes and chocolate since we got back. I was going to post this before I saw Lee's post. I will ask the gynae when I see him/her. I've now got an appointment on January 25th.

I cant wait to go,the only doctor I actually like to go to. I think its because I know I dont feel as anxious about it when I have an apt coming up.

Shirley, go to medical sites on the internet and you will learn a lot. Best not to depend soley on what one doctor is telling you (like the man behind the curtain in Oz). That way you can say: I have read that sugar can cause this or that. You can even mention studies that have been done. I quoted studies re statins for cholesterol not having any impact on women re future cardiac events and that was the end of the statin recommendation. (I use a natural supplement.) It's now in my chart. Some doctors even seem to like having a patient who isn't expecting them to be miracle workers.

Start by googling things like "sugar and vaginal problems". Good luck!

Oh i do that all the time lol,my regular male doctor just kind of looks at me like im a little off lol but my gyno takes interest and even writes things down to look up. And I always take a list of questions.

Good! They may get suspicious and begin to trace the insurrection back to this site ;-)
