Did you have pain in the thawing stage, either at rest or after exercise?

For those who have made it to the thawing stage, did you have pain when thawing? Did you have pain during or after doing range of motion exercises with your shoulder? I'm frozen, and keep hoping I'm thawing, but every time I try to gently stretch the shoulder, it stirs up the pain.

I'm so sorry! I remember the pain was bone deep with sharp stabs later on. Yes, it hurts when unfreezing. It was sore. Icing for 15 minutes after exercises is such a Godsend. Remember: ice is nice! It's worth the effort of freezing some wet washcoths in separate plastic gallon freezer bags. 15 minutes is all you need to dull the pain. Be careful, don't get hooked on pain killers.

    All the best!
