Hello Ladies,
Second post for me! I'm on a roll 😃
Just curious, but did your symptoms start gradually or all of a sudden? I feel like the last month I have been hit by so many! I keep wondering if it's in my head or real.
Thank you for any replies. So wonderful to have found a place to talk with people.

HeyJade, All at once on March 15, 2018 I went to bed as normal all fine and was woke with a panic attack. I had never experienced this before sadly not new to this now. I started having several menopausal symptoms anxiety, always feel ill feels like morning sickness all day long, dizzy, racing heart, burning mouth, sinus issues. I was "normal" then all hell broke out.
Sometimes I have a good day and think wow I am me then smacked with another symptom. Honestly I am thankful I can read about others dealing with same or similar it helps.

Hi M!
Thanks for replying. If this is perimenopause I can't believe how quick it all came on. I love how you remember the day! It's significant. So hard to figure out where normal is! I am still going through drs just trying to double check and make sure there isn't something actually wrong.

Hi Jade, the worst of my issues started 7 years ago with panic attacks. I had several over a weekend and went to the doctor, who did an EKG that was normal. I try to do deep breathing but it's hard because sometimes I have air hunger, too and can't take a deep breath. These things come and go but never get less frustrating. Have made many clinic visits over these 7 years with scary symptoms and labs are always "normal". But I feel anything but normal. Talking about it helps.

hi jade, i didn't see your post and i asked the same question yesterday. i'm 50 and still on the pill, so i thought i would be avoiding all these symptoms. mine started in early january just a few months before turning 50. i got many of the symptoms all around the same time. went to primary care doc and labs were normal for a bunch of tests - my cortisol was high though. i'm seeing some other specialists just to make sure it's nothing else. hope you're having a good day! it is reassuring to see so many going through the same thing.
