The DASH diet is useful. You want to eat fruits, berries, veggies, salads, nuts, lean meats, chicken, broiled fish. Fresh turkey..etc..no caffiene, no sodas, low carbs, nothing fried or coated in sugar or salt. Be careful with chocolate it has caffiene and can make you feel ansy. If you need a can opener probably won't be healthy. Fresh foods. Its going to be healthy wholesome choices. If you are in fast food go for the salads or if they have healthy options. Nutritional shakes are everywhere three flavors and very useful when in the throws of anxiety to maintain nutrition.boost, ensure..etc..also check iut what g.90572 noted.

Get your tablet out and make a list. Food and drink make a world of difference with anxiety. Very, very good question, Joe. Good for you!!!
