I just read what the diet is, that  is how I eat now, i didn't know there was a name for it.   It's restictive but easy.  My doc said to listen to my body when I ate certian foods.  I kept a journal, after a month, my ND helped me figure out what to do. 3/4 plate of cruciferous veggies and other dark leafy veggies (no soy, corn dairy ever), and a little bit of meatlike one breast. for snacks it is dark fruit and amonds or seeds.  it is definately worth a try. Hope it helps you.

      i know the feeling . . . big hugs!!!

ating whole foods, the way the creator intended is best imo. If you can eat organic and pasture raised meat it is supposed to be better, but I cannot afford it.

when in a flare, there is nothing you can do by sit or lie down.  I know the less I move, the less I hurt.

      hang in there Royalty
