yes, anxiety sensations can be all over the map. One day you might feel more anxious than another day. You might have heart palpitations and nothing else on another day so it’s very common. sensations that are related to anxiety are not harmful. I’ve had them for many years but I pretty much ignore them now and they go away. Try not to focus so much on the sensations. Focus more on anxiety management.

You can get a lot of helpful information from a counselor Who specializes in anxiety management. I used to do that virtually and it worked out very well.

for the heart palpitations, using proper breathing technique will reduce the heart rate and make you feel more at ease. The same with generalized anxiety. There are a lot of meditations on YouTube for proper breathing with anxiety or panic, or just complete relaxation for anxiety. I still do these and they really help a lot.

Make sure you are getting some exercise because that helps release the good hormone in the brain to make you feel more at ease. Try to stay away from caffeine, junk foods, etc

. getting to the main reason for the anxiety is important so that you can begin to work on the issue. Some people have issues with work, school, family, friends, etc. that’s another good reason for speaking with a counselor. It will help to reduce the sensations that you get. they may not go away 100% but you will still feel a lot better.

but I know that when I did the proper breathing, the fuzziness in my head went away as well as the palpitations. You’re gonna be OK! Just take one day at a time and take care of yourself!

do you take any medication for anxiety? maybe try some breathing techniques and mindfulness, you wont feel no benefits straight away but if you do it everyday you will start to feel a lot calmer.

    Hi Gavin

It can be so debilitating some days!

I totally understand what you are experiencing

I have suffered with palpitations for sometime now

    had ECG and 48 monitoring

Only this morning, i had what must of been a few one after another, it felt as if my heart was just out of rhythm completely. It was very scary and has made me feel anxious all day.

I have had a few palpitations since today.

The problem is, i guess you are waiting for them to happen .

    Feeling very anxious .

Some days it feels like all my insides are shaking

panic attacks etc.. the list goes on.

You feel as if you are going mad .

Relaxation, deep breathing and make sure you get enough sleep and stay hydrated. That is pretty much what i have been told

If only there was a quick fix
