Different Things Causing Vertigo / Loss of Equilibrium

I'm still experiencing problems with vertigo or what I'd describe as the loss of my equilibrium.

Stress, anger, certain head movements will trigger the short episodes that last minutes or hours. However, eating large amounts of carbs, especially if it's before I eat protein first will also give me that feeling of vertigo.

Has anyone else experienced this?

    2) Check if you have diabetics

    3) Check if you have neck sprain or vestibular problems ( you might have to take VRT )

I’ve experienced some of your symptoms ie the vertigo.. I find that if you move slightly slower and panic less, it helps.. I find with fast head turns and looking up very fast it can make you feel a little (or a lot) of balance.. Try and react slightly slower and if you do feel a little dizzy, sit down for a few seconds, or lean on something to get you composure, take a few deep breaths and continue with what your out doing.. When laying down, put another pillow behind you neck/head to raise your head slightly.. Hope some of this helps..
