Differing symptoms

does anyone elses symptoms differ when they have a flare up?? sometimes i can be floored, legs like lead, no energy and just n eed to crash on the sofa in one flare up, then another time- it starts with palpatations that stop me from going to sleep, stomach feels off, feel a bit on edge/anxious, but not tired or sleepy, and arms ache. When its like this its an effort doing things as i feel it in my stomach and heart races more and feel fluey - freezing then hot.

just wondered if others had different symtoms when they have flare up or is it just me??

      yes it is. i dont get how it affects flare ups differently either not nice. i also get this weird ache in my right arm and not sure why. am trying to relax but dont feel very relaxed if that makes sense n hate being so cold
