difficult op

So i had my total abdominal Hysterectomy and BSO just over 3 weeks ago now,anyway my discharge papers said my op was difficult cause i have a deep pelvis?any ideas or has anyone else been told this?

    Hi I had my external Iliac blood vessel damaged whilst having laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus bso ... So converted to abdominal ... 7 days post op feel like I've been hit by a truck ... Sore bloated everywhere hurts ... Hoping it gets better soon wasn't told about damage until two days post op just know I was longer in theatre because I was bleeding lots because of haematoma hope you are resting x

    i am now about 16weeks post op,my op was difficult cos i bled during op and as i said i have a deep pelvis,i ended up with a drain and was slightly anaemic.I am still bloated and very menopausal,so i am still off sick....but i aim to be back in about 3 weeks.pain has never been an issue,i left hospital on just paracetemol....it just was uncomfortable to get in and out of bed and on and off sofa....anyway good luck with your recovery Dawn,its early days for you,it does get better i promise you. Helen xx

      Aww thankyou .... I think to be honest every day is a little better just still sore ... Glad you're feeling a little better .... Feel nine months pregnant at moment x
