Difficult Taper

i was on a low dose of Atenolol (25mg), and have been struggling for a year now. Side effects and protracted withdrawal. I managed to get down to 7mg but tge wd effects were horrific so i stopped tapering for ten months. I was in such agony i felt suicidal so ended up in a psych ward for a month. Thankfully they did not give me new meds. But they began cutting my beta blocker again. Used a liquid solution and cut by 1mg a week. The torture has been indescribeable. Agitation, internal burning, tingking, sweating, chills, stiff neck, headaches, nausea etc. I am down to 4mg and have to keep going.
