Difficulty getting out of bed in the mornings.

Hello everyone. i have been finding it hard to get out of bed when i awake. i feel sleepy till much later in the day.Is this premenopause of something else?

    i struggle most morning with fatigue which can last all day for the last 10 months now, last summer i was actually bed bound for a few days i was so exhausted. today plagued with fatigue, anxiety, nausea & abdominal pain peri is the gift that keeps on giving!

      bless you keep pushing on elizabeth surely it cant last forever! i think a lot of my exhaustion is anxiety related but who wouldnt be anxious waking up every morning feeling so so ill take care xx

      honestly i would say yes, im anxious so much imagine the stress that puts on our bodies especially after months & months! anxiety is like hormones has an impact on every part of our bodies its a living nightmare x

      its such a difficult & exhausting time im a totally different person to who i was 18 months ago, just take it half a day at a time take care x

      how far apart are your periods now if you dont mind me asking? im 15 months of this x

      usually every 28 days so pretty regular still but i hardly have any bleed barely lasting a day! BUT had a period today which is 7 days early this has only happened once before in the last 18 months or so. how are you feeling today im quite anxious but pushed through the day & have had really sensitive bottom teeth today its all very weird! x

      see im the opposite, im bleeding heavy every 18 days now 😦 another bad day for me, chest, ear, throat, body pain, anxiety off the charts oh and my teeth are blooming killing me too x
