Diffuse abdominal discomfort for two months.

I've been having diffuse abdominal discomfort/pain for about two months now. it started on the mid/upper left and moved to the center and the right side. I've only felt pain twice on my left side. they were strongish pulsations and my right side was a little tender once.

i took a CMP, urinalysis and full STD panel tests. the urinalysis and STD came back normal/negative but I had slightly high bilirubin (1.3) and RBC (5.83) on my CMP. could I have gotten a false negative for hepatitis? 11 weeks post exposure.

i went to the doctor during my first week of left abdominal discomfort. she didn't think it could be hepatitis. I'm planning on returning now that I have diffuse abdominal discomfort.

could it be something else?
