    There are lots of manufactured products for indigestion. Have you looked at your diet, you could try researching a bit by cutting various things out and seeing if you improve. Ginger is supposed to be particularly good for indigestion along with peppermint. Also chewing some caraway seeds is supposed to help too. Avoid stress and eat a healthy diet.

      I've been taking care of my diet alooooot lately cos I'm having adverse reactions to Cipro and I'm including tons of anti inflammatory foods to reduce the inflammation to my joints

      I had a couple of blood tests and I was shocked that my cholestrol level was low and my stools were acidic

      dosen't this lead to that my body is not digesting fats ?

      Are you lactose intolerant? I understand seventy five per cent if the world population is. I take steroids to reduce the inflammation of an auto immune condition so am always trying to eat anti inflammatory foods and also foods to counteract the side effects of the steroids.

      I have just read a bookcalled Gut which you might enjoy. It seems only recently doctors have started taking the gut into account.

    Dear Marieelle 199;

    I used to have digestive issues as well. What really helped me was I went gluten free, dairey free and sugar free. Hard to do but I did because I felt I rather not eat those than have the stomach issues I was having. And it was actually great! Also, I completely put aside fried foods as I felt the food that always gave me problems was fatty foods and also started taking strong digestive enzymes like superzymes and ox bile which helped tremendously with digesting fat. I hope this helps. :o))

    You could try natural digestive enzymes tablets which are from either pineapples (Bromelain) or papaya (Papain).

      Those two listed above break down proteins.  A Multi Enzyme Formula that covers an array of foods may be something worth considering.  Enzymes including Amylase, Lipase, and Protease.

      great information cos my main problem here are carbs and fat

      even my stool test suggested undigested fat and low blood cholestrol

      hey koko so I bought today a multifunctional digestive enzyme that has

      amylase, lipase..... etc. and today i popped the first pill

      do they have any side effects that I should worry about ?

      like diarrhea or constipation or abdominal pain ? or atleast have you ever experienced any ?

    Hi;  I never experienced any side effects. The super enzymes actually have really helped me and specially the ox bile. Every time I have something fatty and it starts to bother me that ox bile literally saves me. I hope you experience the same thing. Let me know. Of course I have to say I also really started watching my diet and eating much better as I really believe the supplements by themselves will not do as much as they can unless they are followed with a good diet.
