I am having bad digestive issues i eat little and am full. My stomach and left side hurt almost non stop. It seems like every time i eat it makes it worse and i have lost 20 pounds. I can not seem to keep any weight on and if i eat anything bad that would add weight i can almost guarantee the next day i can not hardly eat anything.

    Hi Ashley,

I remember having that kind of bloating feeling and weird aches and pains in my upper chest area when going through mono, it really was very frustrating and frightening. I do think these kind of things can happen during mono, that upper chest area there are so many glands and things like that it is a common area to be hit with strange and horrible symptoms during mono.

Hoping so much that these symptoms settle down soon, just want to encourage you that these things do pass as your body recovers, just so frustrating it can take a little time but I believe that you will get there and get back to good health again. I think taking peppermint and probiotics can be good for the stomach (or eating yoghurt which contains probiotics), and definitely worth looking into any other supplements that could possible help with digestion, of course checking for any interactions with other medications / conditions first that's so important.

Keep hanging in there Ashley, hoping so much for a better period of health ahead for you and believing that a breakthrough in your recovery is much closer than you think, God is there and is working behind the scenes on things right now I get a feeling.

    Craig
