Ok so I got the Neidymium Magnetic Dilator kit, does anyone have experience with them? Terrified of using them but I know I should. Thanks, ladies.

They do help, go gently, never do more than your body is ready for. If you feel discomfort, that's ok, it's stretching. If you feel pain, STOP, your body isn't ready for that yet. start with the smallest and work your way up gradually, there's no time limit, it's not a competition. I used them every other day, someone here, if I remember rightly, used them five times a day. Work out what's right for you and listen to your body.
Good luck

I'd also add that I put them in and out slowly. Twice I've tried sitting there for five minutes with them in, and both times I got a UTI. It might just be my anatomy, but I found the quick routine done more often worked better for me. Again, find what works for you, we are all different.

Thank you!! I overdid it and paid for about a day and a half so I know better now. Slow , short session! Again, I appreciate your advice. 💜

For those who have found that their vagina opening has fused or shrunk, there are dilators which can gently stretch it open again. In the UK they are available on the NHS (you will have to tell your doctor though, generally they don't know) or you can buy them online.
