i have had my fissure for four months. i started ANOHEAL 3 weeks ago. there has been a massive improvement but i still slight pain and some bad days. my improvement has slowed down in the past week. i was just wondering if this will continue to improve or if this is as good as it will get?

It should heal completely if your on a good laxative like movicol and eating lots of fiber. sitz baths helps a lot too. good luck!

is there a sentinel pile present? usually for GTN or diltiazem to heal the fissure it can take uo to 8 weeks. mine didnt heal with GTN because a sentinel pile was present so I had to go for LIS surgery
