Dim Vision in bright artificial light

Hi,

I have been having dim vision in artificial light for 8months, mostly at home. No problem in dim lighting or in darkness at all. Just bright artificial lighting. Day light no problem at all. I have gotten my eyes checked three times and they said no problem. I have been to neurologist and gotten MRI done and nothing wrong. I have done all kinds of blood tests done and everything is normal.

For about a month i was feeling a bit dizzy and went to the ENT for that alongwith eyes and he said to take Vertin 8mg three times a day for one month and my dizziness is almost gone now but eye problem still remains.

Can anyone help with this?
