If you are a guy, I would consider it rather serious. Blood only and no nitrates or leukocytes?

That question should only be directed at your doctor because he or she is the only person who will advise you correctly. There are numerous reasons blood can be in urine and your doctor is the one who should resolve your problems. Write letters or email to prove what transpire re that finding. The sooner the better.

The usual reason for blood in the urine is infection. I had a trace of blood in my urine that was neglected by several doctors and the infection eventually got into my prostate. Serious antibiotics were then needed to eradicate that infection......... I am taking about several years of neglect. There is a possibility that I was neglected for decades with infection in the bladder and urethral infection and even kidneys but no one listened and then came calculi = stones passed 100 or so in a year........ Why oh why wasn't the so called specialists able to isolate the bacteria affecting me I do not know but I do know that the correct in depth lab checks and cultures were not done.

Keep badgering your doctors until you get your problems resolved.
