Disability Discrimination compensation

I have recently been forced to resign as a result of my fibromyalgia and my employer has said they will be giving me three months wages at the end of February.
I'm still not sure whether to take things further. I've been to see Citizens Advice and they say I have a case for disability discrimination.
I am still able to work and I want to work but I've had the confidence and motivation kicked out of me. The stress and suffering I have endured are beyond words and I'm not sure whether to proceed legally.
Has anyone been in a similar situation because this is eating away at me...?

I'm still contemplating whether to see a solicitor but I guess I've got nothing to lose...

That's what I thought too. It's almost a cover up to make the organisation look good and to me they just look guilty!
but my predicament is whether that 3 months money is enough....
