Discharge from eyes for months from vaping?

I've seen a few doctors that put me on an ointment as well a tobramycin drops. Ointment didnt work but it seemed tobramycin did but only short term. I used to vape in my room - bad I know - for months, but quit. This discharge only seems to collect in the outermost corners of my eyes but works its way inward as the day progresses. It gets worse at night when I'm in my room where I'm guessing remnants of the vapors have remained for what seems to be weeks of having it out of my house. In the mornings I use a warm, wet compress to get all the sleep out of my eyes and then more discharge surfaces. Would it help to thoroughly clean all my bedding and maybe vaccum? I don't know what else to do or what other drops to try.

I guess you are not in Uk as Tobramycin is not used here. You may have set up an irritation in your eye from vaping. Try using a lubricating drop called Artificial tears or Hypromellose. Use it frequently to keep washing your eyes and put in a good few drops at night.. Keep your pillowcases and bedding very clean, washed in at least 60 deg. Dont start vaping again or smoking at all. Dont vacuum at the moment. Disturbing dust particles may make your eyes worse, but if you can get someone to do it for you while you are out that may be better. Can you open a window to get rid of those vaping particles?

Thank you for your reply. I will look into getting those artificial tears. Yes, I've started opening my windows to air out my room and I do believe this has helped some. I will see if my mother will vacuum the area to see if that helps too. Thank you so much again!
