Discharge from nipple

Im 58 and had a clear mammogram in April this year but have now noticed a small discharge from left nipple only - going to attempt to see GP tomorrow but obviously concerned - could this be 'nothing to worry about' ?

    I went to doctor about discharge from one side and she said it was an infection. Since there is an opening in the nipple it is susceptible. She put me on an antibiotic and it went away. Followed it up with a mammogram and ultrasound just to be on the safe side and it was fine. So yours could be something similar. Hope it is nothing serious and good vibes sent your way.
