Discoloration and Bumps under tongue also blue veins, what could this be ?!

I’ve noticed that in these past few months the under side of my tongues has grown bumps, my veins are very tint blue and it’s these little veins that grow that almost look like hair, also I experience canker sores every few months here and there they are painful but they only last for about a week . I am anemic. But still I’m very worried and self conscious about my health and this made it worst. Can someone please give me an opinion of what it may be? Herpes, viral infection, etc.?
