I have these weird brown spots that have been on both of my feet for a year now. Sort of looks like blood vessels that have bursted. I'm 18 and I exercise every other day.

I wonder what sort of exercise you do? It could be connected to that. These look like blood vessels that have broken down leaving the iron pigment in the skin.
If these spots never change or spread then ignore them but if they seem to be increasing across your foot/feet and legs then do see your doctor . They can be a symptom of other illnesses
