Discolored Nails - Should I worry?

Hi,

I have noticed a discolouration to my nails (see pic) where they are dark coloured (reddish) at the bottom.

I'm a healthy 26 year old so the kidney failure etc that i see on google seems unlikely.

Recently the only changes I have made are that I have started a new contraceptive pill and started taking supplements.

I have googled and found not much. Any thoughts?

    ive got the same thing as you but not as bad but still noticeable the only thing ive come up with is lyndsey nails or terry nails try looking them up best of luck too both of us can be nothing or an underlying health issue ...
