Discomfort after urinating

I have prostatitis, i take Tamsulosin and Solifenacin which I have taken for a few years.

A couple of times I have had flare ups where I have had discomfort in the tip of my penis after urinating which has gone after about thirty seconds .

Now for the last few days I have had discomfort in the tip of my penis after urinating but this last for a few minutes and also happens when I havent urinated.

I have some Ciprofloxacin which I have been taking for 2 days .

I do not have any discomfort when urinating only afterwards and wonder whether anyone else has had this .
