Discomfort, burning, tickling, at the tip of urethra. Male.

Hello.

This post is because for the last 3 months or so i have has issues in my urethra. When it started it was pretty severe discomfort/burning/tickling and there was slight clear discharge that didnt look nefarious looked like normal pre-cum although the fact it was present while not being aroused was concerning. i have been tested for everything they can think to test for with all negative results. they have given me keflex, doxycycline, 2 medications that treat trich, antifungal, and he gave me flowmax which is for prostate, i quit taking the because it made me groggy. over the last 3 months the symptoms have gotten progressively better but I still dont feel totally normal. There seems to be slight swelling around the outside of my urethra which make it look like little "lips" of anyone has any advice i would appricite it. this is affecting my mental health soo badly!
