Discomfort in lower left groin / abdomen, possible hernia ?

Hi i am new and just after some advise

The past 2 months i have been experiencing discomfort in the lower left groin aswell as abdomen (picture above shows location) The pain/discomfort changes on a daily basis as some days it will be a dull pain or others it can feel more of a bloating discomfort or burning. It can also move to the right of the groin down to the testicles. My pubic area feels as though it is sore or inflamed, I have noticed a feeling of being bloated more often and notice I have been constipated more. Recently it has travelled to my lower back, it is not excruciating but I can notice it is there. Some days It goes completly and other days I notice it all day, i feel as though it is an inguinal hernia and I am worried about the possibility of surgery. Where is best to get this diagnosed as my GP very rarely offer appointments face to face, but thought a&e would not be great either.
