Discomfort in the testicles when trying to sleep! What should I do?

Posted , 1 user is following.

For the last few nights, whenever I attempt to sleep I get a numbish dullish pain (or I'd more describe it as discomfort it's not painful but it's there) in my right testicle. Any ideas what this could be, it's been making it difficult to sleep and very uncomfortable, the only cause I could think of is my boxers that I sleep and spend they day in are moderately tight, however when I change out of them and try something else not much changes. I'm unsure of what steps to take to help ease the pain and whether or not it needs to be checked incase it's testicular cancer. If someone is able to help it'd he greatly appreciated because it's really, really disrupting my sleep and I'm 16 so I require beauty sleep. thanks!
