Dissolvable stich is sticking out from the scab, will it fall off with the scab?

I had gastric sleeve done about one month and two weeks ago. they used dissolvable sitches.

all the other stiches have dissolved however, one of them has been tied in knots outside of the skin. There is scabbing all around it like it is healing properly though its starting to tug on my clothes. will it fall off with the scab or should i cut it with clean tools of course.
