Distal radial fracture

hi i broke my right wrist 10 weeks ago and I am now out of cast for two weeks. i am going to physical therapy and feel like i am making some progress.wrist is very stiff with some movement but can not make fist . also therapy is very painful because they are very aggressive in making my wrist and fingers move.is all of this normal? i feel like a whimp when they manipulate my hand. i am a pianist and what my hand back!
