Distal Radius break unnoticed for 6 weeks.

Whilst abroad 6 weeks ago I fell onto outstretched hands. The local hospital said 'no break'  Back in the UK, they too confirmed no break, only an old one??? Never before! Three weeks ago I could stand the pain no more. A further visit to the fracture clinic advises I have a Broken Distal Radius. Plaster cast for four weeks. Three weeks into this (yesterday) I returned as the plaster was uncomfortable. The Doctor decides to advise me to leave the cast off now and rest, with gentle physiology.

i am in agony and can barely lift a cup of coffee, wine maybe, but seriously I feel the cast has been removed too early. I cannot move my had/wrist.

what does anybody think please?

thank you in advance.
