Distended Abdomen what could it be?!

Any ideas whilst I wait for scans..
Before you ask I am not pregnant lol, my GP and Hospital have done tests aswell as the thousands ive done at home. So I have IBS and have had irrgeular periods my whole life because of contraception so Im often bloated and im used to this happening, however the past month it has been different and persistent its not gone down at all just gotten worse and its uneven!? (swollen either side?)...usually i only stay bloated for a couple days max. I have been having constant dull pain in my abdomen and occasional stabbing pain in both sides of my abdomen aswell as constant pain in my pelvis. I need to urinate constantly and its uncomfortable to wear clothes or walk or sit without it feeling like something is pressing on my organs. I thought it was my IBS at first but I have been having brown/black vaginal discharge occasionally with lots of fresh blood and clots when I go to the toilet. GP referred me for scans which are a month away! Will do another e consult today but itll take them a couple days to reply.
