Distended lower abdomen fit healthy male in his 20s

I am a healthy, fit man in my twenties who has always taken good care of my health by eating whole foods, and no unprocessed foods. Recently, I noticed that my lower abdomen has always been slightly distended, even though I have well-defined abs.

I don't feel bloated or have any other symptoms, and I haven't had any stomach or health issues in the past. I have always noticed that my lower abdomen has been slightly distended, but I haven't really cared or thought much about it. I usually drag it in slightly to see my abs every time I take my shirt off.

I have a large bladder for my age, and I wonder if this could be causing the distension. I also wonder if food sensitivities or intolerances that I am unaware of, not having regular bowel movements, or eating a lot of gas-producing foods could be contributing factors. Are there any muscles that I can train or anything else I can do to prevent this issue?

I would appreciate any insights or information on this and if anyone else have experienced something similar. Thanks.
