I enjoy too, eating them besides knowing how beneficial they are!

The result after eating them is almost immediate, unbelievable !

Many thanks, again for the opportunity to ex- change our experiences.

I will add fennel and more celery to

      my diet.

Thank you from GA, US, dear Mrs. O UK- Surrey.

Hi iellen.  I am trying to follow an anti imflammatory diet.  Do you have any information that you could share with me.  I have had PMR since August 2015.  I have found that I feel better by eliminating dairy, gluten/wheat and carbs/sugar.  My diet consists of veggies, quinoa, beans, low glycemic fruits and proteins (seafood, chicken, occasional beef). My daily:  1-avocado, supplements:  Turmeric and CoEnzyme B vitamin, D3 5000 ui, CoQ10, and 7.5mg Prednisone. Thank you

      Yes, Kathy I sure do!

First of all thank you so much for replying to me here in GA.

I se we are both pretty much on the same page.regarding our diet.

Because I an on Pred due to my GCA I cook my greens without salt using Ms Dash- kale, broccolis adding drops of lemon and olive oil after being cooked, kale (organic), steamed asparagus, green beans with some olive olive and almonds, fennel, celery, black beans.

Canteloupe, Hass avocado, fresh blueberries, strawberries, oranges ( also mixed with salad and toasted almonds), banana ( sometimes smashed with a little oats and cinnamon ( delicious). Bought recently an one quarter size Cock Pot to prepare some red beef now and then- cooked with onions, garlic, celery, chicken broth low sodium, cumming, preferring always organic, eat chicken and wild salmon fresh, or frozen according to the season.

Grated fresh ginger + a pocket of green tea decf and voila a fresh / healthy tea!

To avoid make it longer I stop here however we may go on with this same subject adding even more to it at any time,

It was a pleasure to chat with you!

      xxx
