Diverticular diease

i been diagnosed with diverticular disease overthree years ago i had a perforated abscess and over the last year had diverticulitis three times.im using an anal irrigationand laxatives tohelp but itdosebt.im aftaid to go out and careful of thefoods i eat .the speacialist hace agreeded tohaveahdiscussion about a stona bag but cant ecen get to a clinic asthere are no appointment so im left in libo with nothing postive happening at the moment

    haven't you suffered long enough? attack this list like a dog with a bone

    proper rest (rest is underrated!)

    hydration -like more than 8 glasses a day (8oz each)

    ingest enough fiber ( research what enough is!!)

    have a regular exercise routine, (are u doing this?)

    avoid straining, and avoid prolonged durations on the toilet

    --nothing positive happening at the moment?positivity isn't served to you , YOU make it positive 😉

    You perhaps should also add probiotics to the list Vic gave, and maybe digestive enzymes? Something isn't working so look up how to make changes (like boosting your microbiome) to help your gut.
