I've been diagnosed with diverticulitis for the first time. Was hospitalized for a weekend and have been suffering ever since. Some days are good and other days are very bad, with abdominal pain, so tired I don't want to get out of bed with diarrhea.
I have not gone beyond jello, broth, rice, banana and water, causing me to lose a pound of weight a day.
Should I be concerned?

yes, you must keep in touch with your dr. fight like crazy for your health! I am so sorry you are having such a difficult time. go online and learn all you can about this condition!
