Diverticulitis??? Help

Just wondering if anyone has had this. my symptoms are lower left abdomen pain kind of like a cramping feeling sore to the touch. Sometimes it runs down my leg or into my left hip area. I have had this on and off for about 2 weeks now but it has been steady the last few days. If anyone knows if this could be that or point to something else I would greatly appreciate it. Also bowel movements have been a little irregular. I have ibs but its under control.

    how do you kit is diverticulitis? pain like your describing sounds like sciatica. if this is persistent nasty diverticulitis you need to see a health professional. it's painful. it's nasty and it hurts. please ask for help you deserve to be out of pain. good luck!

      Hi Sam. Ty for your reply. My husband has sciatica pain and this is different The pain is in lower left abdomen sore to touch Ive had lots of gas as well. And that's why I was asking if it sounds familiar to Diverticulitis. Someone mentioned to me that is the pain area for that but sometimes the pain is sharp and others like a cramping heating pad towards groin helps a little. I have ibs but like I said its been manageable. My ibs is usually constipation. Thats why I wanted info from people who have had or have diverticulitis.
