i work in a hairdressers and a few people have come in and said they feel dizzy too but have been told why and had tablets to make them feel better and i feel like i have something wrong with me and i dont know what reading what everyone else has put on the net makes me feel a little better to know i am not the only one.
But i really panic when i get really bad but normally when my mind is off it i kind of forget about it and am happy but when it comes back it really gets me down.

Yes, as Skye rightly says it would be a good idea to get your blood pressure checked by your GP - dizzyness is usually a sign of a lowering of the BP when sitting or lying down.
Your GP also may want to take a blood test to establish that you are not anaemic (as this can also cause dizzyness) plus listen to your heart.
So organize a check up - nothing to worry about, I'm sure.
In the meantime, make sure you get up very slowly and try not to make any sudden movements.
Take care
