Hi, Yes i experience this too. I suspect it is from either pain or the hormones being all over the place (as it were.) Carry on as normal. Im 16 and am used to the dizzyness, Drink plenty of fluid and try not to move too quickly, take it easy. Thats all i do smile

i also suffer from dissiness, and like yourself i also got worried. i walk around like iam on cloud 9, but thats ok. try to slow down a bit and drink lots of water, it really does help. put your feet up and take time to relax. i must admit i take full advantage were my family are concerned. its the only time that my kids do wat i ask them, without any grief.xxxBLISSxxx take care x karen x

I have had this for 18 months now and it changes in severity.I am 36 now and can@t work or drive when it is really bad. Would love a solution to it.

I drink plenty and move slowly but I need to get my life back xx

Do you drink lots of coffee?

I think this maybe the issue.

As other users have said drink plenty of water, and ensure you are always hydrated.

Hi, I don't drink much coffee at all really. It's gets worse when I am on my cycle though.
