Dizziness

Hi Ladies,

I have just recently been diagnoised as Peri (even although my bloods came back satisfactory twice - my doctor still thinks i am).  Recently I have been suffering from really bad dizziness all the time.  I am starting to really worry about this.  Is this normal?

xx

Hello ang77, I have posted seeral times on this forum over the last 2 years about my dizziness and off balance feeling.  Please dont worry yourself silly like i use to cos it just makes it worse.  Unfortunetly it is another horrid peri symptom we go through and i had it 24/7 for over a year but seen to be a lot better now although still get it at times when i've been standing a while.  You'll come through it and i know its not nice while your going through it but you'll be ok. I lost my confidence to go out on my own for over a year but i'm getting it back and you will.  Be kind to yourself and give yourself some you time.  sending you a comforting hug x

    Hi,

You may get symptoms of menopause though your blood reports are normal. In this phase, you could have many vague symptoms on and off. Just have patience. These will go off. Accept the changes and face them calmly. Hope you cope with the situation.
