Does anybody else get dizzy or disoriented with their anxiety? I'm trying to figure out if it's my anxiety or some health condition
Months ago I've had everything tested but my head
But if I get anxious, excited good or bad or if my adrenaline starts rushing I get foggy headed, detached, dizzy and I feel like I might fall over or out my legs get weak I feel depersonalized
This happens at least every other day and has been reoccurring since my isn't panic attack five months ago

yes Christopher, dizziness is a very common symptom with anxiety. Millions of people have this happen. People can also become disoriented. Adrenaline is released from the brain when we become anxious and can cause all sorts of symptoms, including the ones you are experiencing. I have had all of those.
all anxiety starts in the brain so we need to relax the brain and mind in order to reduce or eliminate the symptoms.
The brain will try to protect you from stress so it will "shut out stress and anxiety and that's why you can feel disoriented, foggy brain etc
there are some great meditation is found on YouTube that are for anxiety, stress, etc. They completely relax my mind and body and very often my symptoms will greatly diminish or go away. The more you do these the more your brain can automatically relax . A good one to start with is called meditation for relaxation. There are many others to choose from. Headphones or earbuds give a better effect. I do these a couple times a day and I'm noticing that my thinking isn't as negative as it was and I can usually prevent the anxiety from getting worse.
although I think everyone should have at least a yearly check up with their doctor just to have everything checked out.
do anything you can to relax your mind including doing fun things you enjoy, taking a walk in nature, spending time with family and friends, listening to calming music, smiling and laughing.
try not to take life too seriously, be good to yourself,
don't spend time thinking about anxiety or symptoms because that will make everything worse. Remember when you get anxious your brain will send out more adrenaline causing more symptoms. You will be fine and remember any symptoms caused by anxiety can never hurt you.

i've been dealing with this going on 2yrs now. the dizziness is nowhere near what it was initially. likewise, weak rubbery legs along with a host of other physical symptoms to go along with it. have an MRI done on your head if you'd like to help ease your conscience.
sadly, symptoms will appear on days i don't feel anxious. i'll mention i do suffer from generalized anxiety disorder.

Yes this is an anxiety symptom and can be caused by the adrenaline. I get dizzy often too and fuzzy headed. Especially when anxious.
